ST. LOUIS (January 12, 2004) - Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE:ACI) will discuss its fourth quarter financial results in a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet on Wednesday, January 28, at 11:00 a.m. E.S.T. Participating in the call will be Steven F. Leer, Arch's president and chief executive officer, and Robert J. Messey, Arch's senior vice president and chief financial officer.
